One draft, three forms: walking the Kaleido pipeline

Six images, one route from draft to destination: article, visual story and video, moving together in eight languages.

These images make one point: the draft is written once, and the forms take it from there.

The six steps below are the same route I walk through Kaleido every day.

01 There is only one draft, written in one place: title, key points, material.
02 The article form: lay out cause and effect fully, and give a slow reader one clear path.
03 The visual form: press the point into six images, one idea per screen, captions only as long as they must be.
04 The video form: the cover arrives first, the playback source connects only after a click, and no permanent direct link stays on the page.
05 One piece of content in eight languages side by side: switch to a language and you get that language's own way of saying it.
06 One draft, three destinations: the plaza, our own asset sites, external platforms. Each destination gets its own shape and length.
